PATCHOUL'UP

Sourced responsibly in the island of Sulawesi (Indonesia), the aerial parts (leaves and stems) of Patchouli (Pogostemon cablin Benth.) are previously distillated to obtain the essential oil. Then, they are dried and revalorized in a side stream according to an eco-design process with subcritical water extraction (SWE) to obtain Patchoul’up™, a botanical active upcycled ingredient. Patchoul’up™ is able to rebalance the sebum production, regulate the stratum corneum desquamation, with a visible consequence of getting rid of the dry flakes and normalisation of the microbiome.
