BELSIL DM 300000

BELSIL DM 300000 is a linear, non-reactive, unmodified polydimethylsiloxane with a viscosity of 300 000 mm2/s. It is characterized by low surface tension and high spreading coefficient. Due to its flexible polymer backbone, this dimethicone has high permeability to gases like water and vapor which allows respiration. BELSIL DM 300000 widely used in a diverse range of formulations. It provides a hydrophobic, protective, but breathable barrier imparting softness and emolliency. It improves water resistance and prevents stickiness in formulations. Simultaneously, it conditions and improves both wet and dry feel, imparting humidity resistance and a soft feel.
