LIGAMED SA-1-V-MB
LIGAMED SA-1-V-MB is a very fine grade of stearic acid suitable for special applications in the pharmaceutical industry. As a white or yellowish- white powder, LIGAMED SA-1-V-MB is practically insoluble in water, soluble in ethanol and light petroleum. It consists mainly of stearic and palmitic acid, meeting requirements for the pharmaceutical industry. LIGAMED SA-1-V-MB offers benefits as an excipient for pharmaceutical products, functioning as an emulsifying, suspending or stabilizing agent. Its fine particle size distribution also makes it well-suited as an excipient where uniform content is important.
