LOXIOL® G 78 V is a vegetable-based combination lubricant containing metal soap (complex ester) with the following properties and applications. It is used in rigid PVC processing and the manufacture of packaging materials, particularly for Ca/Zn or Sn stabilized films. LOXIOL® G 78 V enhances release properties, offers high thermal stability, and improves long-term stability in Ca/Zn or Sn stabilized systems. Additionally, it enhances long-run performance on production machines and has limited compatibility in the processing of plasticized PVC
