IMCD Benelux organizes a waste clean-up action for a cleaner work environment

From May 22nd to May 28th, it was the 'Week without Waste'. In response to this, IMCD Benelux organized a waste clean-up action.

Various colleagues rolled up their sleeves and took to the streets with pickers and trash bags to clean up the surroundings of the offices in Rotterdam (Kop van Zuid) and Mechelen (Mechelen Noord), highlighting the importance of a clean and sustainable environment.

The IMCD colleagues combed through grass fields, streets, and other public spaces, carefully collecting various types of litter such as plastic bottles, food remnants, and cigarette butts.

Their collective efforts not only made a tangible difference but also served as a shining example of the positive impact individuals can have when they work together towards a common goal.

Although the Week without Waste only happens once a year, the IMCD colleagues are determined to carry the momentum forward. Several new clean-up actions, recycling initiatives, and local and national environmental activities are already planned. Through such initiatives, we can pave the way for a cleaner, greener, and more sustainable future.
