RIKEMAL SSL1000

RIKEMAL SSL-1000 is a sodium stearoyl lactylate product made from edible and refined vegetable fatty acids. RIKEMAL SSL-1000 meets the specification for identification and purity on food additives given by FAO/WHO and EU. As a food additive, RIKEMAL SSL-1000 can be used in bakery products. It provides benefits such as texture and shelf life extension when used in bakery products. RIKEMAL SSL-1000 has an appearance of white/creamy beads and meets the specification for acid value, ester value, sodium content, colour and microbiological limits. It has a shelf life of 12 months when stored below 25°C in a cool, shaded and dry condition.
