Empipearl opacifiying pearl concentrates. Cold processable concentrated blends of anionic, non-ionic and amphoteric surfactants. For use in rinse-off cleansing products such as shampoo and body wash. Few percentages in the formulation provide rich and dense pearlizing effect.
