JELUCEL® PF is a tasteless, white cellulose powder. It is used in food products to add dietary fibre and as a texturiser, texture stabiliser, humectant, anti-caking and anti-sticking agent, and a carrier substance for other additives. JELUCEL® PF is available in different fibre lengthsfrom 30 to 2000 µm.
