DISPERPLAST-1180

DISPERPLAST-1180 is a low-volatile and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for filled and plasticizer-containing PVC dryblends. As per the data sheet, DISPERPLAST-1180 provides improved plastification, faster fusion time and gelling speed, better distribution of the melt and higher filler content possible for given process conditions in PVC dry blends. These properties of DISPERPLAST-1180 helps in producing calendered and extruded applications with increased elongation at break, reduction in tensile strength and decrease in plasticizer content possible. For the Advanced Materials industry, DISPERPLAST-1180 additive helps in achieving smoother surface and improved lamination properties of the materials. It also allows reduction in formulation costs possible by using more or coarser filler in the materials.
