Surfactant is a blend of neutralized (potassium salt) phosphate coesters. It imparts improved gloss and color acceptance in waterborne latex paints. Depending on the formulation specifics, Strodex PSK-28 surfactant does not contain any alkyl phenol ethoxylates (APEOs).
