SPHERIGLASS 21 CP-00

Spheriglass 21 CP-00 is a soda lime glass microsphere product that provides various benefits for applications. The SPHERIGLASS 21 CP-00 microspheres have a mean particle size range of 12-26um and over 90% are between 1-70um making it well suited for uses requiring uniform sized glass beads. As a spherical and non-porous product, SPHERIGLASS 21 CP-00 allows for excellent flow and distribution properties. The high bulk density of 1.51g/cm3 also makes it weigh less than competitors per unit volume. These attributes help ensure even coverage and integration into formulations. SPHERIGLASS 21 CP-00 glass microspheres are chemically durable with a Mohs hardness of 6-6.5 and high softening point of 730°C, providing lasting performance even under heat/pressure. These durable microspheres can enhance mechanical, optical and insulating properties of end products.
