- Oil phase stabilization with two Polyglyceryl Fatty Acid Esters by creating nanoscale droplets of oil-soluble vitamin (phase A) followed by dilution (with phase C).
- Key is to combine this emulsifying system with a “short” aqueous phase (phase B) to create an emulsion core (A+B) and thus promote a small particle size and good stability.
- HLB has to be adjusted according to the polarity of the oil phase,
