ADCOTE 295G-E

ADCOTE 295G-E is a heat seal coating based on EVA copolymer resin in organic solvents. It can be applied at room temperature and has good resistance to water and limited resistance to fats and oils. ADCOTE 295G-E is designed to address low temperature seal activation requirements. The seal starts at 80°C but is critical block-resistant at 40°C. It can be applied on, and sealed to, a wide range of films such as HDPE, BOPP, PS, paper, PVC, PVdC coated films and aluminum foil. ADCOTE 295G-E is suitable for applications in the advanced materials industry that require heat sealing of films and foils at low temperatures. Its ability to seal a wide range of substrates and withstand blocking at lower temperatures makes it well-suited for applications involving heat sealing of advanced materials where low temperature activation is required.
