BYK-W 980

BYK W 980 is a wetting and dispersing additive that improves the dispersion of fillers and reduces viscosity. BYK W 980 allows for higher filler loading levels in composite materials. It prevents fillers from settling during storage and processing of composite materials. BYK W 980 enhances the wetting of fibers for improved mechanical properties of the final composite part. As a wetting agent, BYK W 980 is especially effective in resin systems used in pultrusion and molding applications for composite materials.
