VANA SANA ARA 11 IF VC is a microencapsulated vegetable oil designed to fortify food products in a safe and efficient way. The oil is encapsulated in a matrix of carbohydrates and proteins, which protects the oil from oxidation. This results in a free-flowing powder with properties similar to those of food products. This means the powder can easily be added to food products by dry blending. Encapsulation protects the oil from oxidation before and after it is added, which enables the food product to be fortified with ARA without affecting production efficiency, sensorial quality or shelf life. VANA SANA ARA 11 IF VC can be kept for up to two years in the original unopened packaging at temperatures below 10°C, dry and away from strong odours and direct sunlight.
