CARBOPOL 71G NUTRA

Food Grade E1210 Carbomer. High-molecular mass polymers obtained by polymerisation of acrylic acid and crosslinking with allyl pentaerythritol. The polymers are synthesised in ethyl acetate using a peroxide to initiate free-radical polymerisation. Carbopol 71G is the granular form of Carbopol 971P nutra. Extended release agent, directly compressible. Recommended for extended release tablets. Can be used in combination with Carbopol 971P. It's also bioadhesive, and mucoadhesive. Efficient tablet binder.
