EXCELLENZ S 2205 TDF ®

EXCELLENZ® S 2205 TDF is a concentrated Titanium Dioxide Free alkaline alpha-amylase for use in granular, automatic dishwashing products. It is specifically developed for enhanced removal of tough starch soils, such as mixes of rice, corn, potato or wheat on dishes. EXCELLENZ® S 2205 TDF hydrolyzes the glycosidic bonds in these soils, cutting the starch into soluble oligosaccharide fragments. These reactions products are then removed by the wash liquor.
