TYPE HS-100
TYPE HS-100 is a distilled monoglycerides made from edible, fully hydrogenated vegetable oil (sunflower). It is a general purpose emulsifier applicable for bread, margarine, cake, coffee whitener, potato flake, peanut butter, pasta, soft candy etc.
