CERA MAYA

Jan Dekker offers Cera Maya, high purity beeswax that is suitable for personal care applications. As one of nature's few emulsifiers, Cera Maya can be used to control the consistency of O/W and W/O emulsions in various applications. In stick formulations, Cera Maya can improve the firmness, oil binding strength and plasticity of the stick, as well as improving the pay-off when applied. It also has occlusive and adhesion properties, offering barrier functionality for skin-care applications and making it a good choice for e.g. mascara.
