LUPOY EU5000FR WX145-B is an engineered thermoplastic resin that provides exceptional heat resistance and durability ideal for demanding applications. The material offers high heat deflection temperature of 97°C at 0.45 MPa, allowing for continuous operation at elevated temperatures without loss of mechanical properties. LUPOY EU5000FR WX145-B also demonstrates excellent chemical resistance and weatherability for outdoor use. Its flame retardant properties meet UL94 V-0 rating at 1.5mm, ensuring safety. The material delivers high tensile strength of 55 MPa and flexural strength of 100 MPa for demanding load-bearing needs. Its impact resistance of 47 kJ/m2 at 23°C and 18 kJ/m2 at -30°C allows for unhindered performance in all climate conditions.
