LOXIOL G 59 BEADS

LOXIOL® G 59 is a versatile internal lubricant suitable for both rigid PVC and C-PVC. Its excellent compatibility with the resin allows it to be added in high dosages. It can be used with various stabilizers, particularly calcium/zinc and calcium organic-based systems. LOXIOL® G 59 provides a well-balanced, primarily internal lubricating effect, with minimal influence on gelation time, while improving the flow of polymer melt in complex articles. It is also suitable for transparent articles due to its low volatility, which helps reduce plate-out. LOXIOL® G 59 is particularly effective as an internal lubricant for calendered HT film. Typical applications include injection-molded articles and fittings, extruded pipes, window profiles, technical profiles, and both foamed and compact sheets. Additionally, LOXIOL® G 59 serves as a processing additive for vinyl-free resins.
