SYLVATAL D25LR is a distilled tall oil fatty acid that contains high rosin content. It has long carbon chain and acid functionality which makes it suitable for various industrial applications. SYLVATAL D25LR can be used as a raw material in producing asphalt anti-stripping agents, metalworking fluids, rubber compounds and more. Its high rosin content allows producing hard, water-resistant alkyd resins. SYLVATAL D25LR is soluble in common solvents and compatible with other liquid fatty acids and vegetable oils. It is delivered as liquid in drums or bulk in totes, tank trucks, or tank cars. SYLVATAL D25LR has a shelf life of at least 12 months and can be used as a chemical raw material for various industrial solutions.
